Bad customer service and cheap goods

I purchased a kitchen cupboard from builders warehouse centurion and have it assembled only to see that the wood between the pulling drawers were so thin that i cannot put any dishes into the cupboard. I called in yesterday and spoke to a consultant who took down my details and said he would get the manager to contact me. I have not received a call back yet!!! What is the point of buyin a kixhen cupboard when it doesnt serve its purpose?!!!!
