Bad Customer Service

Builders Rivonia delivered 3 loungers on the 18 Dec 2021. One lounger was badly scratch so I send it back. I phoned the Builders call center to arrange delivery of the one missing item. the response is every time "they" logged email with the Rivonia branch and they will contact me shortly. I've now run out of options.
