Bad customer service

Cant believe the bad customer service received from Builders Warehouse! Bought a bathroom cabinet online and after waiting a month for delivery the mirror is cracked. Phoned customer service twice already and each time they tell me someone will call me back within 24 hours. Its been more than 2 weeks now and nobody has bothered to phone me back - even after follow up calls! What happened to customer service in this country?? Builders Warehouse you got your money and I have a defective product - don’t think that is fair!
