Bad customer service

I purchased a geyser on the 2/12/2020, and I paid for delivery service also, I was promised that it be delivered on Friday. On Friday morning I received an sms informing me that the geyser will be delivered later on the day,it never happened. On the 16th of December again I get a call from the warehouse, another promise that they will deliver on Friday, still nothing happened. Today I called the store, I was then told to hold they are transferring my call to deliver department of which I waited while the phone was ringing and there was no answer. I then called again, and I told the lady on the line to let me speak to the manager, she said that the manager is not available, she then did the announcement to delivery department while I was on the line that they must take my call, she then transferred me again, it rung thrice and hang up. I don't know whether they understand that I have been patient enough, as I have already paid for my goods to be delivered, and when I called them instead of them seeing that I need help, they play games. I'm so disappointed on their service.
