Bad customer service

I bought Fire n Earth paint white in colour at Builders express Uitenhage. When I tried to paint several coats I still couldn't see the white. I approached builders express Uitenhage for a exchange or refund. However I was told by the manageres that they don't do exchange or refund on fire n earth paint but that a agent from fire n earth will contact me within 24hrs for a demonstration. It's been more then a month now n I'm still waiting for any response.
