Bad Customer Service

Good Day,<br> <br> On the 7th of March 2016 I purchased goods at the branch in Vosloorus. They had said they would deliver on Wednesday the 9th of March 2016 after I had called to ask and I had to pay for someone to wait for them at home. They never pitched and never even bothered to call me. They then called on Thursday to say they were on the way, I told them I was not at home but contacted them when I arrived at 3pm. They said they would call me back to make arrangements and never bothered to do so again.<br> <br> I'm highly disappointed with this service because I had complained before about the customer service at this store When I was renovating my house last year. I actually ended up going to Cash Build across the street because the employees kept arguing on who should assist us. I regret going back there as I am once again treated in a disrespectful manner. Why should I keep asking for a service that I'm entitled too for goods that I paid for.
