Bad customer service
I am writing on this platform as I’ve been sending several emails and called Builders regarding a refund for a Security Gate Installation Service. I have been told several times the refund has been actioned and requested proof of the refund yet nobody can give me an answer. This dates back to the 11 October how long am I still to wait for My money. My account number *** I’m very interested to see how long it will still take to get my refund .
