Bad customer service

Bad customer service received from builders Warehouse in Parow... Interested to buy a building kitchen.. Waited for 30min without with no assistance. Went to the front,-information desk, through intercom they called person responsible for that area... To my suprise no one knows where is this person.. Went to the front 3 times samething happen,called the person on the intercom. Called the customer care line, the person assisting me tried to help by connecting me with the manager, hard luck the Manger couldint answer the call, probably busy. She took my number and told that she's going to escalate the matter... It's no the first time last time early this year bought a wall drop from them, they delivered a wrong one, had to urge to get things right..

To cut the story short am on my way home now, without getting help from the store.. What a waste of petrol... Am not impressed at all
