Bad customer service
Very bad customer service 23rd December 2024 I went builders warehouse Protea Glen to buy a door. I got someone to assist me look for it they did not have the one I was looking for, he said he will check which store have. He went to check came back told me the door is discontinued I can not have it. I checked again on the website I managed to buy the door. It means that they didn't even check on their website they just wanted to get rid of me. Their customer service is poor they can do better.
