Bad Customer service

I have been at this builders warehouse a couple of times. At first I thought the rotten service I got was just due to me having a bad day, the more I went there the more the service from the staff got worse. You have to spend more time searching someone to assist you than you actually looking for whatever you are searching for. Even if you do get the person to assist you will regret why you even bothered because they have a stinking attitude, its like they sell fish and chips and you asking for building material is taking them way out of their line of duty. I wont bother to mention names, the staff from plumbing, wood section, power tools, that terrible lady from the kitchen units, building material etc.
