Bad customer service

We went to buy paint and a new light for our lounge at builders and boy did we not receive the worse customer service experience from guy that was working in the lights department on Surtday the 24th Oct 2020. The guy who was helping us with the paint tried to assist us in the lights dept but obviously lack knowledge because its not his dept. We went to call the guy that worked in the dept we asked him a question and he answered when we wantes to know more he rudely told us that he is busy he has people waiting for him in front and he walked away while I was still talking. I went to the information desk to get help because we were really comfused. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT BUILDERS IN TOKAI IS NEVER SEEING MY MONEY AGAIN.
