Bad customer service

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER I went to builders tuesday (8May).. and spoke to Aidan wiener. He promised me I would receive my 3 door cupboard Wednesday(9May) I paid cash for the item only to find out that he sold it to to.someone else I lost a days money waiting on my cupboard I paid cash for and delivery and now I have to take another day off today which is already R700 an in total lost more then a R1000 taking off for delivery an phoned for 2hours just to find out that the cupboard I've paid is sold an up until now I didn't receive the goods I paid for how could one of your workers sell my cupboard it is apauling and disgraceful work ethic on he's behalf I want compensation or some discount on my item I.paid cash for if nothing is done on this matter builders will.loose my valued service
