Bad customer service

Bad customer service from builders warehouse I returned a generator which was faulty in December and I was told that Ryobi is closed so I had to wait for Ryobi to open & I'll get the generator back 1st week of Jan until now I'm still waiting & they even refused to give me a refund or allow me to buy another generator & be reimbursed the difference while I'm still waiting because I'm using it for work. I'll never purchase anything from builders warehouse and I urge people to refrain from buying anything from them.
