BAD CUSTOMER CARE AND *********** STAFF- LIES LIES LIES

I recently visited THE NEWLY RENOVATED AND OPENED BUILDERS EXPRESS IN MARGATE. When I visited the store to buy a Garden Tool-shed Outdoor use the TOTALLY UNINFORMED!!! employee said I must order online!!!. I was charged 50% delivery fee and I live 10km from them. I discovered total user-unfriendly DISCRIMINATING online order system. Their truck deliver stock on a weekly basis BUT I a pensioner lady must go to DURBAN....IF I WANT THIS PRODUCT !!in this day and time-ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Margate South Coast where Building activities is MAJOR ON THE SOUTH COAST is or worthy or allowed to order an Outdoor Garden Tool-Shed. No respect for the customer who put their bread on the table. We are less than nothing. I would recommend SOUTH COAST RESIDENTS TO GO TO DOUGIES HARDWARE ACCROSS THE STREET where you are welcomed by fully trained employees, friendly staff and totally informed about ANYTHING you want to buy and where you are treated as a priority and with respect. If they don't have your item in stock, they order it for you AT NO EXTRA COST. NO *****ELENT EMPTY PROMISES AND LIES AND UNINFORMED EMPLOYEES. The customer and his satisfaction are the ONLY and first priority and the reason for every employee why they go to office 24/7.
