Bad customer care!!

We've been to various outlets of this group and in each one we have found that the staff in general are very unhelpful. They tend to rather gather together and would not out of their own offer to help you. When asked for help they consider it a favor to attend to you. When comparing prices I've also found that they are much more expensive than for instance Chamberlains in Pretoria, for exactly the very same branded product. Chamberlain's staff are exceptionally helpful and very well informed as to the products they sell!
