Bad credit card dept

Never take out the Builders warehouse store credit card. They add and deduct stuff on the account from foschini carnival city or from Game head office and you cant understand what is going on with the statement. Then every time when you use your builders credit card on their online store they would like to call you. They do not call while you are making a purchase they call you an hour afterwards or a day afterwards. If you cannot answer the call they block the card. Now Im a beauty the****** and cannot answer my phone at work. If you try to call back you must hold 10 to 20 minutes for their ***** dept because they block your account not because of ***** but because you cannot answer your phone. It takes R150 airtime every time to unblock the account.
