Bad client service at it best

I just had the worse experience @ Builders Warehouse N1 City. We saw a product online and there system states they have 2 in stock. When getting there to buy the product they told us the 2 showing online is nowhere to find in the store. I went to there info desk to ask them to call one of there other branches so I can go and buy the product there. The info desk call a lady that was at the cashier to assist. @ that point she was still busy assist and cashier with a product code. When she was done I explained to her what I was looking for. An other employee ask her to assist a other client with a product. She then ignored my request and started assisting this client. Then got back to me and wanted me to repeat myself. I then told her that I ask 3 time and not willing to repeat myself again. The other client came back and she once again ignored me. When I ask to speak the the Branch Manager she told me the Info Desk lady is the Manager. and told me strait forward that she will not call the Branch Manager. between this the Info desk lady called the Branch Manager. She just turn her back on all of us and walked away. It was so obvious that she did not want assist us due to the fact that we where white and rather would assist people of her own race.
