Bad client service

I bought a three plate stove online on the 2nd of June they sent me an sms that it is ready for collection i drove there when i got there they told me that they dont have the stock that's unprofessional how can they send an sms that the stove is ready for collection while they don't have stock it was time consuming and my petrol money waisted still waiting for the stove even now
