Bad Builders Warehouse online experience!

I paid for a pump switch on the builder's warehouse online store on the 10th of January, and was told I can collect on the 30th. The 30th came and went.. Eventually I called them on the 6th of February, and was told someone would call me. Obviously no-one called. So I called back on the 7th, and was put through to the store. I was told that the switch was not there, and that they will call the supplier on Monday, 10 Feb. So, almost a month later, and I still don't have the switch I paid for! There is no communication from them, and why couldn't they call the supplier on the 7th?? This is the first time I have used builder's online store, and needless to say, it will be the last time!!
