BAD BUILDERS WAREHOUSE

I have visited Builders Warehouse Gape Gate on 12th October 2017 requesting a quotation for roof trusses. I have furbish Builders Warehouse with all the requested drawings and I was told that the trusses department will get back to me. I received an email from the trusses department indicating that I will receive the requested quote within 48-72hours. After the 3rd time that I received the same email indicating 48-72hours I emailed the contact person whom initially assisted me at the Gape Gate branch and I was told that there's nothing she could do as it is their trusses departments and I must please be patient. Well patient I was and needles to say still am as I'm writing this message on 23 November 2017.

Hi Ivor, Thank you for your call. Since we spoke Melanie has called me back twice apologising and has also confirmed that she has resubmitted the request to your trusses department and that she will be in contact with me as soon as she receive feedback from that department.
