Bad Builders Centurion experience
Had a bad experience with Builders Centurion branch. Ordered a custom made curtain pelmet pole, paid a 50% deposit and received an invoice that claims 10-15 working days for manufacture and delivery to store. On Day 15 went to collect(because they never call as promised) just to find out the item is not delivered yet. Two store managers (Pheneas and William) made promises they did not keep. As of writing this I still have no pelmet pole. My advise do not ever order something to be made by Finishing Touches MTM because they don't deliver.
