Bad Builders.

Let me start by saying that I very seldom bleat about bad service. I visited Builders Warehouse in Edenvale a short while ago. on collecting the few items I had come in for, I approached the payout. I make sure that I greet the cashier in a friendly manner in all cases. In this case I was ignored and the items cashed up. I was asked in a rather aggressive manner if I needed a plastic bag. I paid and again said a cheery goodbye. Again ignored. Why do companies employ people with poor interpersonal skills to deal with the public. I will not return to that store.
