Bad bad customers service Builders warehouse

Went to Builders Protea Glen horrible service ever ,bought building materials so that builders can start working in morning paid for everything with my card went for collection to find out no building materials why no one check before making me buy .Now refund is a problem i was told i have to wait 24hours for my refund even now still waiting for my money builders wasted 2hours of my time in their store and my transport money horrific service builders dnt care about their customers
