BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
I am so appalled by the disgusting service I received with regards to my geyser replacement from builders. it is now the third week and i still have not received any response from any of the employees. We are still without a geyser and no one is saying anything and I spoke to both consultants including (Sipho) and clearly they are not willing to help.
Why do you then have a guarantee system if we cannot utilies it whenever there is a fault in your goods.
I will never in a million years recommend anyone I know to purchase anything from BUILDERS.
