Bad attitute by a sales consultant

I went to the shop with my mom on 01 June 2015 at about 17:10, we initially came to buy a door and went to check out the toilet seats on special, we were helped by the Salesperson named Job, we checked the ones on special and my mom wanted to confirm the fittings that come with the toilet seat so they went to check a sample attached to a display toilet while leaving me behind, so when mom mom asked him whether the fitting are include in the toiltet seat we intended buying and he rep**** in Zulu to say \Can't you see that this is a sample
