Bad attitude towards customer service

On the 29 Dec 24 i purchased 4 40kg packs of segment mix at builders on curie ave bloemfontein and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff member assisting us stated he was not allowed to load the mix into my vehicle and that someone else who was currently busy with a client would need to do it. This led to my 75 year old father with a bag problem and me having to load the heavy packs ourselves. When i expressed my frustration the staff member dismissively suggested its fine for me raising a complaint displaying a poor attitude and lack of concern for customer service.
