Bad attitude NO SERVICE

I bought a ceiling fan from Builders Express Margate/Mañana. The guy who installed it broke the light cover. I tried to order this as the ceiling fan looks terrible. The store do not realize the urgency of the matter. The day we ordered they said it is R140+-. After we gave them the serial/mode number and showed the picture they called me to check "how many litres" the cover is. How must know. They deal in hardware, the have the model number? Then today when I went to the store, not much interested in any way, they said the price for the cover is R40-+and not worthwhile ordering because if is only R40. I just have to wait until December or whenever they are ordering ceiling fans agsin. Not their problem, mine.!!! when I asked pls give me the supplier contact number, they refused and told me I must order with them, they will not give me the number. How is your his for service!!! For sure this store will NEVER see me again. If the assistant can live in a house that looks like crab, not to say I or any other client will settle for that. She mentioned the day we ordered she also have to order for another client. So what is the problem with customer care, or do I miss something??
