BAD ATTITUDE-Builders Warehouse Northriding

i spend about R11000 at buildersware and found a bag of tilling cement worth R56 was damaged. When I returned it to the store the security guard refused to take and when i asked for the store manager i was taken to the sales manager whose name is Geoge.who said NO and still kept my damaged cement. I dont know if that is legal or not.

Is it a racial thing or undermining???

and made me repeat myself a lot of times. the nature of business causes me to shop there a lot but after this bad treatment I am never going there anymore.
