I first went to the Christmas decoration section, there were Sales Reps around but no one offered their assistance.I then went to the furniture section to which there were two Sales Reps sitting on the furniture sets talking to one another, again no one offered their assistance.I interrupted their conversation to ask the price of a specific 3 piece furniture set & whether they had anymore similar 3 piece furniture sets.The one lady responded with the price & pointed to the direction of another furniture set.My partner & I then chatted about buying a bigger furniture set to which the one lady interrupted to say she has a bigger set in front that we might like that is on sale.She proceeded to show us the set & said she only has 3 left.We told her to give us 2mins while we call the person we want to buy it for.In the meantime another customer overheard our conversation and chatted to the Sales Rep.Once off the phone call we went straight back to the Sales Rep & said we wanted to buy it, the Sales Rep responded \all sold out"as she sold it to that other customer.I fail to understand how this is possible if she initially said she had 3 left in stock!!!"""
