Bad attitude and very poor service

<p>It is obvious that the staff that occupy the building counter at the Sunninghill branch is clearly most unhappy in in their jobs. You will never see a smiling face, mostly a "smirk". Their attitude is " we are doing you a favour"!!! Needless to say that it NOT a pleasant experience in dealing with these people. The reason for this is that the attitude rubs off from the manager of that deparment ( a person named Freddy) . If the senoir people are not csutomer focussed how should the staff react???? There are always people sitting around chatting, occupied with their own issues and affairs- customers don't matter. The general manger of the store is also untouchable as we have left numerous messages to discuss the bad service and attitude only to be told he is always in meetings!!! We have been buying from the store for a very long time as its convenient but Not sure that will remain so going forward. Bring back the old Rivonia produce and hardware where a customer was still king and the business appreciated!!! </p>
