Bad Attitude and service as normal

I popped into our local Builders today at 5:35 to buy a lawn mower. After walking around the store trying to find someone to help me, I found the department I was looking for. There was a white gentleman sitting on his chair so busy with his cell phone. I had to ask him twice to help me, he asked me what I wanted to know about the department and I said I want to buy a lawn mower, he then got up and went to get someone else to help me. A coloured lady then came and I asked if they had in stock. She said no. I asked if I can buy the one that is then on display, to which she said no. What kind of service is this. I really cant wait for Checkers Hyper to open, which is right next to Builders, and Im sure I am not alone when I say this. The staff at Builders are pathetic. So many times, I have bough appliances at Game, and they are more than happy to sell me the one that is on display if there is no stock in store room.
