Bad attitude and service

<p>Bought things yesterday and I was told everything will be available this morning, paid the driver to go pick my items this morning and he was told one item is not ready they will call me. Around midday today I decided to go and check what is going on they still tell me my item is not available, I spoke to the Manager Ouma only to get bad attitude and I had to ask her to acknowledge us because she just went past us. I told her the story and her reponse was we still have to wait its not her problem its the guy that assisted us who is at fault but her attitude and the way she speaks to people even the guy that assisted me had to apologise for her Manager this is happening infront of all other customers, this is not how you treat customers hope she gets addressed</p>
