Bad attitude

I would just like to lodge a complaint against Builders Warehouse (bw) Woodlands and Atterbury. About their unwillingness to provide basic customer service. I had to go and ask someone to help me and then the person gave me attitude I mean I buy alot at bw but I will not be treated like I am infringing on their chat time! Their prices are also not that great! They advertised a special on a digital timer firsly it was sold out and it is double that I paid for at a certain place with a C in silverlakes. Do your homework guys C is a lot cheaper with much greater service!
