Bad and dishonest service.

My daughter helped me to search online and find an Inverter. Builders Express Southgate online portal showed that they had stock and could deliver free of charge. I ordered online and paid the full price of R11 900.00 on the 17/03/2023 which cleared my bank on the 18/03/2023. Now it would appear that they did not have stock when they falsely advertised that they did. I have a reference number and the Inverter was supposedly going to be delivered the following day. Am still waiting nearly two weeks later!
