Bad after sale ervice from Builders warehouse.

I bought a stand alone wood burning stove online on 27 October,l then got an email telling me they will deliver it on the 10th of November.Till today it has not arrived.When l enquired 1st l was told about supplier,the many following times have not yielded any results.No one from complaints department bothered to call me after my many calls!!!No stove ,no proper explanation.
