Awful experience at Builder's The Glen

Incorrect pricing..... I recently went to buy a shower curtain at Builders The Glen. When I got to the till, the price was more than double the price listed on the shelf. After going back to the isle with the cashier to confirm the price, she referred to the manager Lucas Shipalana ( No name tag) . He was not eager to assist and said to me that customers change prices, although he did not specifically say it was me, I got the message load and clear 'customers'. He walked away and when I asked why, he said that he had already knocked off and was no longer on duty.

SHOCKING SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST.

The poor teller was also left standing and didn't know what next.

I probably won't be visiting that store again.... Good luck to you if you decide to go there.

Builders, pull up your socks, your brand is at stake.
