Awesome service from Builders Faerie Glen!

I broke the lid of my old toilet and Builders Faerie Glen - in particular Ivan (section manager) and Jaco (store manager) - went out of their way to contact their supplier who agreed to replace the whole cistern and lid absolutely at no cost to me! Because the toilet was a couple of years old they and the supplier decided to simply replace the whole thing as a lid by itself was hard to come by.<br> <br> I have never heard of such a thing and am very, very impressed with them.<br> <br> Thank you very much guys - excellent job!
