Awesome Products...Shocking Employees!!!!!

I had been to builders quite often this week as I have been renovating my home, its very stressful having to deal with all issues surrounding that so you would expect that when come to buy your products your experience is WORLD CLASS and that you leave much HAPPIER(Not What I Expected).I had purchased a bathroom sink and cabinet and as I got to the cashier I was told that I should drive around to despatch to collect my item, When I got there my item was not available and I had to wait 15 minutes(Why could the cashier not have told me to give my slip to despatch then drive around). I had then approached Sanjay with my concern and he was a bit defensive and said the guys at the bathroom section should have told me. Nevertheless I continued to wait and it seems that Sanjay had approached this cashier as she started to get extremely upset and throw her hands around and speak in Zulu, I was shocked as the conversation seemed to be about what I had said and does the cashier not know that the business language in English. I ended up approaching them and said its not appropriate to discuss me or the issue while I am still around and I stormed off. This is the worst service ever .
