Awesome customer service from Castor at Builders Northgate

Last week I went to the shop at Northgate, Cape Town. I was on crutches after surgery. I went to the aircon and fan isle and looked for someone to assist me. Castor came to help me and was extremely thorough and friendly, patiently showing me all the fans and explaining the differences to me. When I picked one I asked if he could take it to the tills for me. When we got there, he said "you can't stand in a long queue with your crutches" and asked one of the till ladies to assist me quickly. Afterwards he asked if he can take the fan to my car for me. This is the best client service I have had in any shop in many years! Thank you Castor, you made my day!
