Avoid Purchasing Online with Builders Warehouse.

Never purchase anything with Builders online. Customer service is almost non-existent, no feedback, no calls returned, been 4weeks and still haven't received my order. When contacting the call center they advise me that they will call be back with answers which never happens. After several calls someone eventually returned my call and advised me the item will be delivered on 13th, I ordered the item on the 15th the month prior.
