Avoid buying online from Builder's Warehouse. There was no clear communication regarding my order, and after the delivery was already several days past the agreed SLA, I received a call from their logistics team asking to reschedule due to a lack of available drivers. Their customer support was equally unhelpful and disorganized.

Your order has been cancelled, and funds will be refunded to your credit card.

I do apologize for the delivery having to be cancelled due to us being a delivery guy short.

Funds will reflect in your account within 7 to 14 working days. JF

Hi, the order was placed on the 4th. Claiming the issue was being a " delivery guy short " outside of the 2-5 day delivery SLA after I had already queried this order with your customer service department is disingenuous at best.
