AVOID at all costs! TOKAI branch

We bought carpeting from Builders Warehouse TOKAI IN 2019, the installation was horrific, there were big ridges and joins that were evidently showing. Not neat at all, so we asked them to send their installers back to check it was correct. It took 6 months for anyone to respond, it has taken 3 years for them to come by and inspect the job and after agreeing it was a poor job and repeatedly telling us they would send the installers back to fix the job we still have no solution 4 YEARS LATER!!! WORST SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN.
