Atrocious service from Builders Warehouse Boksburg

Visited Builders Warehouse this morning to obtain 2 x vanities, taps etc.. Paid for the goods and drive through to the collections department. Handed the gent my slip uon which goods were obtained from where ever and loaded into my vehicle. I have asked the gent specifically whether it is both basins, pedestals etc. and he cinfirmd yes it is. I said very little goods for alot of money. Handed goods to plumber this morning upon which he said it cannot be everything. Checked the goods and 1 basin and pedestal short. Drove back to Builders and they handed me the outstanding goods at 10:00. Plumber just phoned me to advise one pedestal is incomplete. How many times must I return to Builders Warehouse to rectify their atrocious service. This will definitely be my last visit to Builders Warehouse, where there is not pride in their work. Maybe the world should rather consider a shop Leroy Merlin as the service I have received from them was amazing.
