Atrocious Service - Builders Warehouse Commercia

I went to Builders Warehouse - Superstore Commercia midday today. The experience was atrocious. After fetching my grout and tile adhesive, I went to the till point to pay. There was no single cashier in sight and the booths were unmanned. So I stood there thinking someone would notice the 3 people in the queue but the staff just carried on as if everything was normal. The office area is in the front of the store so they could see that people were waiting to be served by they just did not care. After 5 mins, I lost my patience and went and told one of the store attendants that can't they see there are people who want to pay. That's when a staff announcement was made for a cashier to report to the till point. They needed a customer to remind them why they are there so as to do their job.

Last week I was in the same store and had to assist a guy to identify plumbing materials because there was no-one to help him. He indicated that he had asked for help but there was just no-one. The staff's contemptuous attitude towards customers stinks & is the worst I have experienced in any Builders. Someone must educate them so they can understand why the shop is open in the first place.
