Atrocious service!! 55 minutes to buy 3 boxes of tiles!

Service at Builders Warehouse Gezina has always been BAD, but today I experienced the WORST ever. I arrived there at 8 o'clock. Want to buy 3 boxes of tiles. No consultant to place the order for me. I look around: absolutely nobody to assist on the floor. I go to the teller with the tile's barcode. He, very angry at ME, calls the tile assistant on the intercom. He is very unfriendly, but places the order for me. Back to the teller, who has DISAPPEARED. Wait, wait, wait. He finally arrives. To the yard to pick up the tiles. Nobody in sight!! Not even security - I could have helped myself to a lot of paint. After a looong wait, a supervisor arrives. "Please Sir, can somebody load the tiles for me." "Sorry, I have not even clocked in." What - 30 minutes late?? Wait some more. Finally, after throwing a tantrum, someone finally loads (takes him only 3 minutes). I drive off, 55 minutes after my arrival.
