ASSISTED WITH A CAN OF PAINT THAT MESSED MY BOOT

I purchased a 5l plastic can of paint. On returning home it had fallen over and spilled all over my boot. (Company Car) I called the manufacturer who were not interested at all. This was a sealed plastic 5L and I know that when we have to open it we need to force it open with a ***** driver. Therefore I felt that the can opened too easily. The manufacturer was not interested. I called Andre at Builders Warehouse where I purchased the paint and he happily replaced the 5L for me. The mess I have had to try and clean up myself but I cannot hold Builders responsible for this. Andre thank you for your assistance and understanding.
