As far as possible, do not order online

You can only order Jojo tanks online with a 60 day lead time. I placed my order on 5 February and supposed to be delivered tomorrow (10 April - the date I chose). I called the call centre now only to be told that the store has no stock and it won't be delivered. Yet, I must be the fool because if I go onto the website now and order one from another store in the Cape Town area, it can be delivered in 2 days time. Once the order is placed and paid for; the onus is on the store to make sure the stock is available well before the time and that the items are delivered on the day chosen. As the customer, my part was done when I paid for the order - its the store's responsibility to fulfill that order.
