ARROGANT STAFF AT BUILDERS EXPRESS ROBINDALE

I ordered 1 cu meter of building sand from Builders Express Robindale, which I was told would be delivered that afternoon. It didn't happen. The next morning I went to enquire as to what had happened only to be told that it wasn't on the deliver list at all. They had neglected to tell me that I should tell the cashier that it should be delivered.I was then told it would be delivered within the hour.DIDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN! I then went to the store for a third time to be told that the driver said there was no-one there and he had tried to call me. NONSENSE, I was there and my phone in my pocket which didn't ring. Then I queried the price of R569 (Builders Strubens Valley = R369 cubic meter) and was told that Robindale only sell it by the ton which is more.AGAIN NONSENSE!!! A cubic meter of sand is approx 1.5 tonnes. The manager was arrogant and argumentative, basically calling me a **** about the price ( which I proved by calling Builders Strubens on speaker phone and that a ton is more than a cubic meter (which I also showed him on my Google search that I was correct. Notwithstaning the proof on both issues he continued to argue and tell me that I was wrong and that in any event that is the price after a long BS diatribe, that it is, comparatively speaking more than R300 more expensive per cubic meter tha Builders Strubens. I am disgusted with the way I was spoken to and treated like an idiot. I then called Builders head office and asked to speak to someone senior. I was put through to Vaness who said she was a manager but couldn't help and would get someone to call me back soon. Two days later I am still awaiting the soon callback. THIS IS THE WORST AND MOST ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
