Arrogant and Sloppy Customer Service.

So, I checked online where I could get a Bicycle puncture repair kit and found that Builders in Strubens Valley had in stock. I arrived at Builders and went to the Customer Service Desk, so that they could point out the general direction in which I could find this. Unfortunately, I encountered Shaydon and all his cronies. I enquired where I could find the Bicycle repair kit and was told quite arrogantly that Builders does not sell Bicycles and so neither do they have puncture repair kits. So, I mentioned that I had been online and Builders definitely stocked this item. Still was told no way, we do not stock this item. At no time did he even try and get his fingers to a keyboard, just on the off-chance that I could be right. Can't say for sure whether, this response was ***ist, ageist or just ill informed. I thanked him for his non-service and proceeded to look for the item myself. Low and behold...5min later I found the item in aisle 32. What's the lesson here Builders, you're wasting good money, employing lazy, arrogant and ill informed individuals. Try upping the bar.
