Appauling service from Builders Newmarket

I placed an order with Builders online t on 14 September 2023. Firstly, their website states that orders over R500 as well as delivery less than 30km is free. My order met both criteria yet I was charged R120 delivery fee because of a clause stating "certain items are not free". They don't state which items so I guess everyone pays delivery for everything.

The order was scheduled for delivery on 18 September and the order status was "confirmed". I took off work and waited the entire day, but no delivery arrived. When I checked the order online the next day, I saw the order was cancelled and rescheduled for delivery on 22 September. The status now showed "in progress" I was not notified of this. However, I took off work on the 22nd and waited all day - still no delivery. I sent an email querying the hold up and the only response I got a day later was a reference number.

This morning I tried calling, but the number is non existent. After checking the status, it still shows as "in progress".

I am totally disgusted at their lack of response, lack of living up to promises and taking payment, but not delivering. I want the order delivered today or a full refund today!
